We provide inpatient and outpatient programming for adults (18+) facing mental health and addiction challenges. Our programs include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment and detox, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).

Position Summary
Responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN, by ensuring that the schedule/program is consistently delivered, patients are supervised, safety is maintained, and patients and guests are treated with respect and dignity.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), with proof of insurance when using a personal or hospital owned vehicle
- CPR certification within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact
- Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to patient contact
- Completion of additional age‑specific training within 30 days of employment as required
Minimum Work Experience
- Previous experience in a psychiatric health facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
