The Trellis Center at KidsTLC is a non‑profit organization accredited by COA, providing integrative Autism services that include Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. The BCBA will work alongside the Vice President of Autism Services, Clinical Director, fellow BCBAs, and related service providers in a peer‑to‑peer supportive clinical model.

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, design treatment plans, goals, and programming in line with assessment results.
• Design and oversee data‑driven programming and interventions for assigned clients based on industry best‑practice standards and progress toward client goals.
• Lead and participate in meetings, training, and professional development opportunities for clients and RBTs.
• Demonstrate proficient knowledge of ASD and ABA instructional methodologies.
• Conduct case management of clients.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to assigned RBTs and supervises.
• Maintain appropriate records and notes.
• Offer direct support to clients as needed.
