The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a heavyweight Project Planning Lead to manage the scheduling and project controls for a landmark multi-billion dollar industrial infrastructure project in the Kansas region. This is a mission-critical role, acting as the primary guardian of the master scheduler for a project of large significance.

As the Lead, you won't just be managing dates, you will be the strategic advisor to the Project Controls Leadership Team, ensuring that EPC partners and General Contractors stay aligned with then owners interests and long-term delivery objectives.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Master Schedule Ownership - Lead the development and maintenance of Level 1 and Level 2 Management Schedules (BMS) using Primavera P6.
  • Strategic Oversight - Provide direction and QC for Site Schedulers and GC/EPC partners to ensure adherence to industry-standard scheduling practices.
  • Reporting - Translate complex GC/EPC data into high-level, "owner-ready" stewardship reports and automated metrics for the executive team.
  • Governance and Development - Take charge of data governance and support the development of program-level scheduling benchmarks.
Key

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Industry knowledge - Extensive experience leading schedules for mega-projects ($1B+) in the Data Center, Battery Plant, Semiconductor or heavy industrial sectors.
