Service Dispatcher

The Role

You're the nerve center of our field operations — keeping technicians moving, customers happy, and the day running smoothly. If you thrive on solving problems in real time, juggling priorities without breaking a sweat, and genuinely enjoy helping people, this role is for you.

• Build and manage daily schedules for technicians and drivers across installations, deliveries, and residential/commercial service
• Dispatch the right tech to the right job — balancing skill sets, location, and urgency
• Adapt quickly when plans change: emergency calls, rescheduling, and last-minute shifts
• Be the first voice customers hear — handling service requests, questions, and concerns with professionalism
• Keep records clean and accurate in our dispatch and scheduling systems

• 1–3 years in dispatching, scheduling, or field service coordination
• Cool under pressure — you don't freeze when three things need attention at once
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable with scheduling/CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Service Titan experience is a bonus

• $23–$25/hour based on experience
