️ What You'll Be Doing:

+ Handle work ticket orders for national accounts via phone or electronic systems (many calls are outbound).

+ Qualify and verify customer requests with accuracy and professionalism.

+ Check technicians in and out, and dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors or internal divisions.

+ Ensure prompt and knowledgeable service that meets customer satisfaction.

+ Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

+ 1+ year of customer service experience .

+ Previous call center experience is a plus.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Demonstrated tenure and reliability (at least one year at each previous position).

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
