This is a full-time, on-site role located in Olathe, KS for a Directional Drill Foreman. The Directional Drill Foreman will oversee daily operations, including supervising and coordinating drilling activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining equipment. Responsibilities also include reading and interpreting utility plans, setting up and executing trenchless drilling operations, and managing team schedules to achieve project deadlines effectively. The Foreman will ensure the highest levels of quality and efficiency while managing a team and communicating with other stakeholders on project progress.

• Experience in directional drilling, utility system construction, and trenchless solutions
• Hands-on skills with construction equipment, managing operations, and ensuring timely project completion
• Ability to read and interpret utility plans, maps, and construction drawings
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety protocols and standards
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and manage physical tasks as required
• Prior experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
