Position

Entry‑Level Estimator – Central Estimating Team, Olathe, Kansas. Great communicators, able to prioritize, multitask, and have a knack for numbers. Training provided. Excellent for recent or upcoming grads, or those seeking a career change.

Job Responsibilities
  • Learn to bid doors of all types for new construction and aftermarket projects nationwide (no travel required).
  • Provide superior communication with internal and external customers.
  • Review construction drawings and specifications to determine bid strategies, quantities, and costs.
  • Create professional submittal and closeout documents.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
  • Remain involved with projects throughout the entire construction process.
  • Create ideas that promote continuous improvement for the team and company.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Math background and Microsoft Excel experience are a plus.
  • Able to flourish in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Previous construction experience is not required; successful candidates have exceptional phone and email communication, prioritization, time management, high attention to detail, strong basic computer skills, self‑motivation, and a strong desire to improve processes.
