Foreman, Construction, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

A highly-respected Heavy Civil Contractor in the area with a backlog of projects is seeking a Foreman to join their team. This Contractor has a stable backlog of EXCITING LOCAL projects, and has been in business for over 50 years. My client prides themselves on providing the best quality projects in their field. They also have a passion for developing their employees and promoting from within.

• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and project plans
• Delegating individual responsibilities and duties to crew members and contractors
• Helping develop project budget and quality standards
• Resolve conflicts or miscommunications
• Follow all safety procedures

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ Years experience working on Civil Construction Job Sites
• Experience in running a small crew
• Knowledge of Civil construction industry
