Position SummaryRLM Underground is seeking experienced Telecom Construction Managers to oversee construction projects in various US States. This role requires Construction Managers to be at a project site on a 3‑week rotation, with $130 per diem per day paid for meals and lodging. Payroll, per diem, and reimbursements processed every week. Full‑time, salary role with production bonus eligibility following a 90‑day review.

This role requires hands‑on leadership and deep expertise in underground telecommunications, construction operations, and crew management. - Construction Managers must be at the job site while crews are drilling.
- Daily production reporting via PM tool.
- Manage construction sites to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Lead and direct ground crews on daily operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and homeowners, professionally addressing complaints and restoration concerns.
- Ensure all work aligns with approved plans, procedures, and timelines.
- Prepare redline drawings and daily progress reports.
- Oversee job site procurement (e.g., straw, seed, tools, batteries, tarps, paint).
- Monitor and update project schedules.
- Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles, equipment, and job site conditions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of job sites, equipment, and vehicles.
- 5–10+ years of underground telecom construction experience is required.
- Experience in aerial construction is helpful, but not required.
- Strong leadership and risk management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Commitment to following administrative policies and procedures.
