The ideal candidate for this role will handle profit reconciliations, chassis receivables, journal entries, and rebates while supporting strong relationships with Chevy, GMC, and Mercedes partners.

• Take ownership of profit schedule reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Manage chassis receivables from end to end, keeping payments on track and resolving discrepancies
• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly accounting cycle, supporting a smooth and efficient close
• Process and track manufacturer rebates, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
• Build strong working relationships with Chevy, GMC, and Mercedes partners, serving as a trusted financial point of contact

• Experience in light accounting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Proven customer service experience with a professional and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to problem-solve effectively
