Area Admin Business Specialist

Location: Denver, CO

Compensation: Starting from $60,409 annually based on experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other Area Administration Business Specialists to define, research, implement, and train employees on new or updated company initiatives.
  • Review daily business processes to identify improvement areas, develop audit plans, report results, and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure consistency in current and upcoming processes and procedures.
  • Assist Team Impact with coordinating employee activities, community outreach, and team building events.
  • Travel up to 65% of the time based on program rollouts.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience/training in process improvements, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, people, quick‑learner, and polished public‑speaking skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team.
  • Prioritize tasks and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
