Position:Department Coordinator – Olathe, KS
We are looking for a Department Coordinator to effectively coordinate field employees in Olathe, KS. This role will ensure that our services meet or exceed customer satisfaction, and it is ideal for someone experienced in dispatching or scheduling.
Job Responsibilities- Schedule technicians to customer job sites and finalize job details for processing.
- Collect customer cash‑on‑delivery payments prior to job completion.
- Maintain technicians’ schedules by removing completed tickets and ensuring open tickets are properly scheduled for materials, billing, and voided tickets.
- Generate, review, and manage department reports to meet customer expectations and commitments.
- Assist with billing paperwork and meet customer billing requirements.
- Create and maintain service tickets to ensure service dates are met.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
- Support field technicians with technical or mechanical troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in dispatch or high‑volume field administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong time‑management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional representation of the company at all times.
