Product Specialist Lights Location## Your Role & Responsibilities Product Sourcing & Portfolio Expansion
* You take ownership of the lighting portfolio within the Product & Procurement team.
* By conducting market research, analyzing competitor offerings, visiting trade shows, and leveraging TVH’s global supplier network, you identify opportunities to expand and optimize the lighting assortment.
* You proactively scout new suppliers and, together with the Product Purchaser, negotiate technical specifications, pricing, and quality conditions to enhance our market position and reduce purchase costs.

Procurement Support & Availability
* You ensure that products within your lighting portfolio meet the required standards for quality, availability, and on-time delivery.
* When availability, price, or quality come under pressure, you react quickly, identify the root cause, and ensure smooth resolution to safeguard the customer experience.

Quality & Supplier Management
* In collaboration with the Quality team, you monitor and evaluate supplier performance for lighting products.
* Where necessary, you take constructive action toward suppliers to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.

Data-Driven Performance Monitoring
* You use your analytical skills to track KPIs such as product availability, cost developments, and supplier performance.
* You proactively intervene when performance indicators show risk and maintain a structured, solution-oriented approach.

You have autonomy to make decisions within your product range and can rely on a supportive and experienced team to collaborate on effective action plans.

Your Profile
* Bachelor-level mindset with a strong interest in technical or commercial product sourcing—lighting experience is a plus, but not required.
* No deep technical knowledge needed; extensive internal training and expert colleagues will guide you.
* Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
* Ability to build solid relationships and collaborate smoothly with various stakeholders.
* Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into action.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative is encouraged.
* Excellent command of Dutch and good English skills;
French or German is an advantage.
