Position Overview

As a Service Advisor, you will be the trusted link between our valued customers and our technicians. You will ensure that each customer receives prompt, courteous, and expert service from the moment they arrive to the time their vehicle is ready to go!

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage Repair Orders and flow of the Service Drive. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous Greetings and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain Customer Success Index at or above Industry/Company standards.
  • Provide detailed accurate service write-ups to assist technicians in their diagnostic processes.
  • Assist Warranty Administrator with warranty repairs and claims by adhering to Manufacturer's documentation and processes.
  • Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
  • Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
Requirements
  • Ford experience preferred but not required.
  • Organized and friendly personality.
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple workloads.
  • Proficient Time management skills.
  • Provide Positive, up-to-date communication with your customers.
  • Consistent record of service and sales success.
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
  • Team oriented and self-motivated.
