Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team.

Position DetailsProduct Handler (Paint/Assembly) – 3rd shift, Sunday‑Thursday, 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.;
Okmulgee, OK (1204 W. 20th Street, Okmulgee, OK 74447).
Hourly Rate: $15.18–$22.60 per hour with hourly shift differential of $2.40 per hour; occasional overtime available.
Responsibilities- Support paint and assembly personnel with hanging and unhanging parts, supplying parts and materials, and assisting in assembly and paint processes.
- Perform all assigned tasks from start to finish with minimal instruction.
- Develop good problem‑solving skills.
- Complete assignments on schedule while meeting or exceeding quality standards.
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of all hazardous and nonhazardous waste.
- Maintain a high level of work organization.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Follow all written and verbal work instructions, operations, and procedures.
- Use pneumatic tools and hand tools.
- Support plant safety policies and set a good example for others.
- Recognize obvious irregularities in form, fit, or function.
- Basic computer skills for completion of time cards and production information in a computerized production management system.
- Demonstrate good housekeeping practices in the work area and facility.
- Consistently meet or exceed expected productivity standards for all work performed.
- Operate material‑handling equipment (forklift, Raymond lifts, walkie stackers, low boys, etc.) to pull and position parts and materials necessary to perform tasks.
- Work effectively and collaboratively in a workgroup environment.

Stand, walk, and bend 90% of the time; ability to squat, kneel on both knees, bend forward at the waist, and hold arms above head. Must lift 60 lb, push/pull a minimum of 75 lb, and stand for 8‑10 hours per day.
