About This Position
As a custodian, you will keep the facilities in safe and sanitary condition.
Qualifications- High School/GED
- Evidence of ethical and professional behavior
- Previous experience as a general custodian
- Knowledge of custodial equipment and supplies
- Work independently and multitask effectively
- Read and understand MSDS sheets and department directives
- Handle multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, reach, walk up and down stairs, and use all limbs
- Read, write, and follow directives
- Communicate effectively with a positive attitude
- Excellent listening skills and customer responsiveness
- Work evenings and weekends
- Position classified as essential personnel; may require attendance during inclement weather
