Akima Facility Operations is currently seeking a Bus Driver to transport military passengers on Fort Sill, OK. Apply today to join our team of outstanding professionals.

• Drive the bus on specified routes, ensuring timely arrival at local points and operating heating, lighting, and ventilation systems for passenger comfort.
• Comply with local traffic regulations, report delays or accidents, and perform preventive maintenance checks before, during, and after missions.
• Inspect the bus and check gas, oil, and water before departure, and drive a diesel-powered bus on on-post routes.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) before, during, and after missions, report deficiencies, and ensure vehicles are properly maintained and serviceable.

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL
  
  B) is required.
• Passenger (P) endorsement and no air brakes restriction are preferred but not required.
• Applicants without a Passenger (P) endorsement will receive in-house training and testing.
• Applicants with air brakes restrictions will be trained to qualify for a no air brakes restriction.
• Valid and current medical card is required.
• No minimum years of bus driving experience are required.
• to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
• Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result and maintain a CAC.
• High School Diploma or GED.
