We are seeking an on-site Dispatcher for our office in Catoosa, OK
. This is a full-time position responsible for dispatching motorcoaches and drivers and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

Dispatcher Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assign drivers in accordance with company expectations, policies and procedures adhering to hours-of-service regulations.
• Dispatch approximately 25 motor coaches and 50 drivers.
• Provide drivers with complete and accurate trip information per company expectations.
• Exhibit a sense of urgency and effectively assign drivers to trips at least four days in advance.
• Retain knowledge and understanding of company wide fleet.
• Maintain excellent communication and working relationships with drivers.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Analytical thinking skills to access situations.
• Proficient in computer technology, Microsoft Office programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous dispatch experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and Hours of Service regulations preferred.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, bend and sit.
• The employee must regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds.
