Waste Removal Driver

Prestage Farms is looking for a dedicated Waste Removal Driver to join our team. The Waste Removal Driver will be responsible for transportation of dead animals and waste from the designated areas outside the barns to the disposal containers for all farms. The position requires working outdoors year‑round and operating equipment such as a pickup truck with hydraulic and/or electric winch, a pressure washer and a skid loader.

Additional utility work includes washing and disinfecting live‑haul market trailers, delivering gas containers and performing light vehicle maintenance.

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong organization skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
• Strong communication skills

• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines while driving and handling waste materials
• Wear seatbelt at all times while vehicle is in motion
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety before and after trips

• Transport waste materials to designated disposal sites in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of waste pickups and deliveries
• Ensure proper handling of waste to prevent spills or accidents
• Assist with loading and unloading of waste materials as necessary
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members

• Must be able to lift and handle up to 50 lbs
• Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions
