** The Salt Lake City Fire Department is looking to add you to our team!
** About the Position:

CHAT will combine social workers with emergency service personnel to care for both physical and mental health. In addition, CHAT will develop a patient-care plan focused on the whole person and connect them to appropriate services that may address their specific primary care issues.
