Job Description:

As a Shot Crew member at Two Eight, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and setting up shot blasting equipment
• Operating shot blasting machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspecting surfaces to ensure they meet required specifications
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment
• Assisting with loading and unloading materials
• Following all safety protocols and procedures
• Traveling to various job sites (30% travel required)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a laborer or similar role
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and tools
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Willingness to travel (30% travel required)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• High school diploma or equivalent
