Wednesday to Saturday 10‑hour days
Contract Type:
Full time / Permanent role
Financial Package: £40,000 to £45,000 + per annum
My client, a well‑established Truck & Trailer maintenance business, is actively seeking to employ an HGV Technician to join their experienced team.
Responsibilities- Carry out any repairs highlighted on the initial inspection.
- General servicing and MOT preparation.
- Fault finding & diagnostics.
- Updating all required paperwork and databases.
- Hold full industry qualifications and have completed a recognised apprenticeship.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of truck & trailer maintenance.
- A commercial licence would be a distinct advantage, though not essential.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, maintenance and repair.
- Ongoing training and development on new and emerging technology.
- Very strong pension scheme.
