As a Loss Prevention Associate at Win Star World Hotel, you’ll play a pivotal role in protecting the property and its valuable assets, while also creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

We’re looking for a dedicated, proactive individual to join our dynamic team and help maintain the highest standards of security at one of the world’s largest hotels!

• Guardians of Safety:
  Play a key role in safeguarding the hotel’s assets, guests, and employees, ensuring the safety and security of our world‑class property.
• Be a Watchful Eye:
  Conduct regular patrols, monitoring both the inside and outside of the hotel to identify and report any potential risks or security concerns.
• Control & Coordinate:
  Handle essential responsibilities such as key control, lost and found, and radio communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Champion the Culture:
  Uphold and promote the Win Star World Hotel Culture, ensuring all safety and security practices align with our core values.
• Team Player:
  Work alongside all hotel departments to enhance guest and employee satisfaction, supporting each other to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
• Be the Face of Safety:
  Enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring they’re consistently followed to maintain a secure atmosphere.
• Support & Collaborate:
  Participate actively in the hotel’s Safety Committee and assist with training initiatives as needed.

• Experience Matters:
  Previous experience in security, hotel operations, or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent Communicator:
  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to stay calm and collected in high‑pressure situations.
• Problem‑Solver:
  You’ll need to quickly identify potential security threats and handle them with confidence.
• Tech‑Savvy:
  Comfortable with Microsoft Office and security systems, and able to adapt to new software as needed.
• Flexible:
  Ability to work overtime or weekends when necessary to meet hotel demands.
• A Team Player:
  Be ready to pitch in, help colleagues, and support the team in achieving common goals.

• Physical Stamina:
  The role requires being on your feet, bending, lifting, and managing various physical demands throughout your shift.
• Adaptability:
  Able to work in various environments, both indoors and outdoors, and handle different temperature conditions.
• Safety Knowledge:
  You’ll need to understand and apply safety regulations, identify hazards, and act accordingly to protect people and property.
• Certifications & Licenses:
  Must be able to obtain any required certifications, licenses, or permits as per local law or company regulations.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, and remain physically active during your shift.
• Work in diverse environmental conditions – hot, cold, indoors, and outdoors, with occasional exposure to secondhand smoke.

We prioritize your safety! Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided where necessary, and you’ll be fully trained in its use. Always report defective or damaged equipment to your manager to ensure you’re equipped for the job.
