About Veracity Technical ServicesVeracity Technical Services LLC designs, builds, installs, and services industrial plasma cutting machines and related equipment for customers across multiple states. We are a growing, family‑run company focused on quality, integrity, and long‑term partnerships, not high‑pressure sales tactics.
Position SummaryThe Sales Manager will lead the development of a stronger, more organized sales approach for plasma cutting equipment and service offerings. This role is hands‑on and strategic, working closely with ownership and operations to shape marketing materials, outreach strategy, partner relationships, and customer retention.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building something from the ground up
, not stepping into a pre‑packaged corporate sales system.
- Develop and help implement a long‑term sales strategy for equipment and services
- Assist in the design and messaging of brochures, website content, and other marketing materials
- Conduct outreach to new customers and potential distribution/service partners in other states
- Support partner sales efforts and help establish new regional relationships
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Coordinate with operations and engineering to ensure accurate, and effective sales communication
- Travel part‑time as needed for customer visits, partner meetings, and industry opportunities
- Occasional installation assistance, at first to learn product more closely, then as needed
- Sales, marketing, or customer service experience (industrial or technical background preferred)
- Strong self‑management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel part‑time, sometimes with a co‑worker
- Valid Class D driver’s license
- High school diploma required, degree preferred
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 40–50 hours per week
- Day shift
- Permanent, full‑time position
- $60,000 – $100,000+ annually
