Location: Mustang

The Sales Manager will lead and grow Tmat’s North American B2B sales efforts, owning strategy, execution, and team development across multiple sales channels. This role is responsible for driving new business, expanding existing accounts, launching new products, and building scalable, repeatable sales processes while delivering a world-class customer experience.

This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys building systems, relationships, and teams from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies aligned with company growth goals
  • Own revenue targets, forecasting, and performance metrics across all B2B channels
  • Identify and prioritize new market opportunities and channel partnerships
Team Management
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage inside sales representatives and/or account managers
  • Establish clear sales processes, KPIs, and accountability standards
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and professional development
Account Growth & Business Development
  • Lead high‑value customer relationships and strategic accounts
  • Oversee onboarding of new customers and expansion of existing accounts
  • Drive product rollouts, promotions, and training initiatives with customers
Customer Engagement
  • Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Support key negotiations and complex deal structures
  • Ensure a consistent, premium customer experience across all touchpoints
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with marketing, engineering, and operations teams
  • Support customer web product listings, merchandising, and go‑to‑market initiatives
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and innovation
Industry Presence
  • Represent Tmat at trade shows, distributor events, and industry meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the distribution chain
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within a product‑based company
  • 2+ years of sales leadership or management experience preferred
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and close complex deals
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Comfortable leading both strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution
  • Experience selling through step distribution and/or wholesale channels
  • Familiarity with retail merchandising and product listings
  • Trade show experience with measurable results
  • Knowledge or interest in the truck aftermarket or automotive accessories preferred (not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
