Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and train qualified employees; ensure store is adequately staffed.;
Conduct performance evaluations and address gaps with coaching or termination when necessary.;
Oversee opening and closing procedures, including personally opening or closing at least twice weekly.;
Monitor operating statements, manage inventory, and maintain in-stock levels; review ordering plans.;
