Shift Supervisor – Braum's

The Shift Supervisor leads Braum’s brand strategy, promotes its vision and values, and ensures superior customer experience and sales. This role involves coaching the store crew, maximizing sales through customer satisfaction, overseeing daily operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales, and maintaining inventory, safety, and cleanliness.

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations of food service, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure Braum’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

Shift: 5:30 am – 3:00 pm (1 hour lunch break). Rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week.

• Minimum 1‑year experience in management or retail.
• Customer focus and high integrity.
• Positive attitude toward training, developing, and interacting with team members.
• Ability to build a successful team by fostering trust.
• Adaptability to customer and employee needs and store environment.
• Effective communication with leadership team members.
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and adherence to procedures.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (required).
• Minimum age 21 and valid Driver’s License (required).
