We’re looking for an energetic Sales Associate to provide an authentic, fun, and energic experience to all customers while helping them find premium‑quality eyewear. This role is based in a Sunglass Hut store and focuses on driving sales, building customer relationships, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

• Drive sales & build customer relationships, hitting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Become a vision expert: offer tailored advice and recommend eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle.
• Learn and grow: enhance skills through training and collaboration with experienced professionals.
• Collaborate & contribute: work closely with your team and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment.
• Create a welcoming store atmosphere: keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Foster inclusion & respect: cultivate an inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.

• Passion for customer service; retail or customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Sales savvy: thrive in a dynamic environment, communicate effectively, and drive sales.
• Tech‑savvy & detail‑oriented: comfortable using technology and accurate with transactions.
• Fashion forward: keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends.
• Self‑motivated & adaptable: stay driven in fast‑paced environments and continuously learn.

Pay Range: $16.18 per hour – exact pay is based on experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements.
