We're looking for Food Runners/Bussers who enjoy fast-paced environments, teamwork, and taking care of people. In this role, you'll support our Bay Hosts and help ensure guests receive hot food, cold drinks, and attentive service while they enjoy their time at Suite Shots. Additional perk: 1 hour of free play when you're not at work.

• Deliver hot food from the kitchen and cold beverages from the bar to guests quickly and accurately
• Support Bay Hosts by clearing and resetting tables so spaces are ready for the next guests
• Keep a close eye on bays and tables to anticipate guest needs and provide assistance
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service areas
• Help ensure guest safety while they enjoy the game and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Provide friendly, attentive service by making eye contact, smiling, and engaging with guests
• Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy shifts

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some Sundays
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment
• A positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork
• Comfort working in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods and navigate stairs during shifts
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and stooping
• A food handler certification or the ability to obtain one
