Cocktail Server

Cherokee Casino Ramona is searching for a Part‑Time Cocktail Server to join our team. This is an entry‑level position that involves working in a dynamic casino environment. The work requires being on your feet for long periods and includes frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs. The environment may include exposure to second‑hand smoke and crowd noise. The successful candidate will be expected to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to successfully complete all required alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain a state‑issued alcoholic beverage license.

• Ensure that high‑quality food and beverages are served to guests at all times.
• Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking IDs to verify the minimum drinking age.
• Provide excellent guest service to both external and internal guests.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for your assigned station and shared work areas.
• Handle financial transactions and process guest payments accurately.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment.
