On-Call Bartender

The On-Call Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for cocktail servers and casino guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and guest service. Bartenders play a vital role in creating a fun, welcoming, and efficient bar environment.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of bartending or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card
• Ability to successfully complete all required alcohol awareness training
• Ability to obtain and maintain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing through the appropriate gaming authority

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for cocktail servers and casino guests
• Adhere strictly to standardized drink recipes and presentation standards
• Follow all alcohol safety regulations, including checking identification, preventing over-service, and complying with all gaming and alcohol laws
• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests
• Ensure beverage quality and consistency at all times
• Stock bar supplies for current and upcoming shifts
• Clean, wash, and properly store glassware and bar equipment
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the assigned bar station and shared work areas
• Accurately handle financial transactions and process guest payments
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment (“The Big Six”)
