Lab Technician III

Our client, a leading organization in the cosmetics and beauty industry, is seeking a Lab Technician (Instrumental Evaluation Tech) to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Instrumental Evaluation department supporting scientific testing and research initiatives.

• Organize and effectively execute instrumental testing procedures for hair products.
• Interact with and provide clear instructions to panelists in a clinical research setting.
• Collect, organize, and process data for analysis to support product development.
• Maintain laboratory instrumentation and equipment, ensuring proper operation and documentation.
• Manage data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and project tracking to ensure timely progress.

• Non-degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience, or Associate with 2-3 years, or Bachelor's with 1-2 years in related fields such as Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or Materials Science.
• Testing any hair products or cosmetics products using lab instruments.
• Willingness to perform routine laboratory work daily, with experience operating lab equipment being advantageous.
• Experience with data entry, image analysis, mechanical testing, and data analysis is beneficial; familiarity with hair, hairstyling, or cosmetology is a plus.
