This is a full-time, on-site Crew Member role based in Jenks, OK. The Crew Member will be responsible for assisting in lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and other related tasks to ensure the highest quality services are delivered. Daily tasks include mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. Operating landscaping equipment safely and maintaining tools will be integral parts of the role.

Adherence to scheduled project deadlines and effective communication with team members are also essential responsibilities.

• Understanding of lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging
• Ability to perform landscape design and installation, including planting and mulching
• Experience with the safe operation and basic maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
• Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required
