Mercy Hospital Logan County – Med/Surg Department

• Full‑Time, 36 hours per week
• Shift: Nights, 7 pm – 7 am (rotating weekends and holidays)
• Unit patient/nurse ratio: 5:1
• Unit provides coordinated care in Observation, Inpatient, and Swing services
• Hospital is a 25‑bed Critical Access Hospital located in Guthrie, Oklahoma

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Licensure: Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing requirements
• Physical requirements/demands: Push, pull, and/or lift 50 lb regularly; prolonged standing and walking; ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat
• Certifications:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
  • Other unit‑specific certifications as required or within department‑required timeframe
