Noble Health Care Center in Noble, OK is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant
, you will work an 8‑hour shift, providing personal care to residents, assisting the charge nurse, and delivering exceptional service as part of a multidisciplinary team recognized for its achievements.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to residents, ensuring safety and comfort in line with community policy.
- Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
- Report residents’ status to the supervising charge nurse at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Contribute knowledge of residents’ conditions and needs to care plans.
- Assist with the implementation of care plans within the parameters of established policy and procedure.
- Observe and report on residents’ conditions, documenting observations as required.
- Adhere to safe lifting and/or transfer procedures per established policies and procedures.
- Perform moderate to heavy lifting.
- Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
- Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
CNA Requirements:
- State certification as a nursing assistant.
- Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
- Highly developed observation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
