, Noble, OK – A long‑term and rehabilitative care facility.

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with skilled nursing supervisory experience to oversee charge nurses and other caregivers, ensuring clinical systems and programs function as intended, and overseeing the care of our residents. You will play a key role in creating a positive resident experience by providing quality compassionate healthcare and supporting our mission of superior clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Evaluate staffing pattern needed to meet resident needs in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
  • Administer medication/treatments asvp.
  • Observe patients, chart and report changes in patient conditions.
  • Answer patient calls and determine how to assist them.
  • Provide basic patient care or treatments.
  • Work as part of a healthcare team to assess patient needs, plan and modify care, and implement interventions.
  • Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders.
  • Implement and evaluate care plans.
  • Identify and secure equipment supplies.
  • Direct and oversee subordinates.
  • Participate in duty assignments.
  • Organize and coordinate יהיה? subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
  • Oversee and monitor the function and activities of subordinate staff.
  • Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate action (discipline or training).
  • Monitor infection control compliance.
  • Investigate and document accidents/incidents.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Current, valid licensure as an RN in the state of practice.
  • ? in long‑term healthcare preferred.
  • Management/supervisory experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
