PRN Registered Nurse; RN - Nights

Overview

Holdenville General Hospital is seeking a compassionate, adaptable PRN Night RN to support our Med/Surg team. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy a varied patient mix, a tight-knit team, and the autonomy that comes with rural hospital care.

$33.00/hr - $42.90/hr

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to adult and geriatric Med/Surg and Swing-Bed patients.
• Perform assessments, develop/implement care plans, administer meds, and evaluate outcomes.
• Coordinate care and handoffs with providers, therapy, case management, and ancillary teams.
• Document accurately in the EHR; maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Respond to changes in patient condition; participate in rapid response/code situations.

• Current RN license in Oklahoma (or compact multistate privilege).
• BLS required; ACLS required (or obtained within 6 months of hire).
• Experience:
  
  1+ year acute care Med/Surg preferred; new grads with strong clinicals considered.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills; comfort working with limited on-site resources typical of a CAH.

Must be able to pass a background check and complete a pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
