Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Production Support team supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Manassas, VA

Pay Range:$20

• Operate equipment according to current process specifications and procedures
• Maintain overall production efficiencies at assigned workstations
• Log machine data and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Support a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards
• Participate in training sessions and complete certification requirements to enhance skills

• 0-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to use computer-based programs and applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and ergonomic practices
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
