Position: Quality Assurance Technician - 2nd Shift - Muldrow, OK (30600038)

2nd Shift: 5:45 p.m. – End of Production

Compensation

$15.00 per hour

Required Qualifications

GED/HS Diploma required.

Position Summary

This position verifies that all product and regulatory documentation is accurate, correct, and complete prior to all product(s) shipping from the facility.

Responsibilities
  • Records all applicable information as directed
  • Identifies and isolates questionable product
  • Ensures daily quality activities and required tasks are performed in their area
  • Monitors and documents HACCP, GMP, and SSOP regulations in their area
  • Verifies all documentation in each area is according to regulations and is complete prior to pre‑shipment verifications
  • Ensures each pallet of product processed is pre‑shipment verified before leaving the floor
  • Obtains finished product samples for the laboratory
  • Ensures products processed meet all in‑plant food safety requirements
