Experience: Manufacturing or production engineering experience in an industrial environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred.

• Monitor production equipment for performance, maintenance needs, and repairs.
• Analyze and improve production line efficiency to meet cycle time and shipment goals.
• Set up production equipment and verify materials prior to job execution.
• Ensure accurate material usage and adherence to manufacturing specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.
• Inspect equipment and processes using established checklists and standards.
• Enforce safety policies and recommend improvements to safety practices.

• Ability to read and interpret measurements and technical instructions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in varying environmental conditions.
