QC Specialist

Job Description

Supports the production and processing of mold allergens used in allergy testing and immunotherapy. This role is performed in a controlled laboratory/manufacturing environment and focuses on handling mold and pollen materials, preparing samples, maintaining lab equipment, and following strict quality and safety procedures.

QC Specialist

• Prepare, process, and handle mold and pollen materials used in allergy extracts.
• Assist with laboratory production and sample preparation according to SOPs.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot basic laboratory equipment.
• Accurately label, document, and track materials and batches.
• Maintain clean, sterile, and organized work areas.
• Follow safety protocols related to biological materials and chemicals.
• Perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail and consistency.
• Support quality control and compliance standards in a regulated lab setting.

• High school diploma or equivalent (science coursework preferred)
• Comfortable working around mold, pollen, and biological specimens
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lab tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
• Basic scientific knowledge or laboratory familiarity preferred
• Ability to work safely with chemicals and biological materials

This position operates within an on-site laboratory environment in Oklahoma, with a work schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The laboratory setting involves routine exposure to mold spores, pollen, chemicals, and biological materials. The work environment is a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Luther, OK.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
