We are seeking an experienced Yard Loader Operator to operate heavy mobile equipment and support various excavation and loading tasks across our Mill Creek site.

• Perform daily pre- and post-shift inspections of equipment and operate it safely.
• Operate yard loader, dozers, loaders, front-end loaders, excavator, skid steer loader, and haul truck.
• Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, orderly, and safe.
• Comply with company safety rules and regulations, and wear proper safety equipment.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and multitask as required.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform additional duties such as maintenance/repair and yard loading when needed.
• Understand and execute verbal and written instructions.
• Recognize and respond to potentially hazardous situations.
• Adhere to MSHA and plant safety rules and regulations.
• Meet or exceed company safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating heavy equipment.

• Complete pre‑shift and post‑shift inspection reports.
• Work scheduled shift hours, flexible with overtime and weekends.
• Read, write, and speak English.
• Communicate with others via two‑way radio.
• Wear all required safety equipment.
• Perform duties safely and read/interpret gauges.
• Work in a team environment.

• Continuous exposure to extreme heat, cold, noise, and outdoor work.
• Perform walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, turning, climbing, and control‑pulling as needed.
• Exert up to 100 pounds of force.
• Talk and hear to communicate safely with employees and visitors.
• Job involves sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing.
