RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of cutters and sewers to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Create and reinforce a positive, collaborative workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Assign and prioritize workloads to maximize productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Train, mentor, and support both new and experienced team members to ensure skill development and consistent work quality.
- Monitor all products for adherence to quality standards and address issues promptly.
- Track job progress and update work status throughout the day to maintain accurate visibility of production flow.
- Serve as the onsite fabrication expert, providing technical guidance when complex projects arise.
- Step in as needed to support production tasks, troubleshoot issues, or assist with high-volume workloads.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)-required.
- Proven proficiency in manual-feed industrial sewing and related fabrication processes.
- Previous leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within industrial sewing.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform hands‑on fabrication work as needed.
- Strong commitment to following and enforcing all safety policies and procedures.
