💵 Targeting $70k +/- depending on experience

A well‑established, fully integrated food processing operation is looking for a Refrigeration Supervisor to support its 2nd‑shift operations. Supervise a team of 7 and oversee the maintenance and repairs of ammonia refrigeration systems.

The Production Supervisor reports to the Shift Manager and is responsible for managing all activities on the assigned production line. This includes driving safety, quality, yield, and efficiency while maintaining compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.

• Supervise a Refrigeration Lead and a team of 6 Technicians.
• Maintain temperature to plant specifications and USDA requirements.
• Maintain and keep all cooling and air‑handling machinery.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Maintain accurate preventative maintenance (PM) schedule to equipment specifications.
• Train and supervise employees.
• Consistently maintain critical temperature requirements throughout facilities.
• Enforce safety rules.
• Maintain government regulations regarding ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Maintain Process Safety Management (PSM).
• Must have the ability to drive a vehicle for company business purposes.
• Must submit to and pass a background investigation.
• This is a safety‑sensitive position.

• 4+ years of refrigeration experience and ammonia refrigeration regulatory knowledge.
• Experience overseeing teams of 7+ employees.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Food‑processing environment experience is strongly preferred.
