- Lead daily operations across food & beverage, events, and guest experience areas
- Manage payroll, labor controls, budgets, and financial reporting
- Oversee purchasing, inventory systems, and cost controls
- Develop and mentor department leaders and management staff
- Drive revenue through marketing initiatives and guest engagement strategies
- Monitor labor percentages, COGS, and operational KPIs
- Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and online reputation
- Implement scalable SOPs, performance metrics, and accountability systems
- Partner with ownership on forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with alcohol, labor, safety, and operational regulations
- 7-10+ years of progressive hospitality or venue management experience
- 3-5+ years in a senior leadership role (GM, Director, or equivalent)
- Proven success overseeing restaurant, bar, and event-driven operations
- Strong financial acumen and full P&L ownership experience
- Ability to interpret financial statements and drive corrective action
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (culinary, bar, events, marketing, facilities)
- Track record of stabilizing operations and improving performance metrics
- Comfort at presenting results and strategy to ownership or executive leadership
- Proficiency with POS, payroll, and inventory systems
- Serv Safe certification and Oklahoma ABLE license (or ability to obtain quickly)
