RN Home Health Supervisor

An outstanding opportunity exists for an RN with home health supervisory experience to oversee a team composed of staff nurses, coordinators and other professional/paraprofessional staff. This role is based in a family‑oriented area south of Oklahoma City and includes a highly competitive salary along with an outstanding benefits package.

• Assist in the development of clinical policies and procedures while ensuring written clinical materials are accurate and updated regularly.
• Supervise, teach and implement evaluation of staff to ensure a high quality of care.
• Coordinate the clinical record review and keep the clinical procedure resource materials current.
• Hire or assist in hiring clinical staff.
• Establish methods for coordination of care by all disciplines.
• Establish staffing patterns that reflect the quality and quantity of various personnel necessary to plan, provide, and supervise the care rendered to clients and families.
• Assist in coordinating the company’s in‑service programs and ensure requirements are met.
• Continually evaluate the company’s clinical practices.
• Consult with staff regarding clients or families, special programs or service programs.

• DO NOT APPLY unless you have a current RN license and at least 3 years of management/supervisory experience specifically in a home health or hospice setting.
• RN licensure in OK is very strongly preferred. Licensure in other states will be accepted as long as there is reciprocity or you are willing to take the proper steps to obtain a license in Oklahoma.
• Experience managing a staff of professionals practicing out in the field is essential for this role.
• A current CPR license is required.
• A BS in Nursing is a plus but not mandatory.
