Position Title:

Field Service Technician

AGs is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team and help keep the gaming experience running smoothly with cutting‑edge equipment, troubleshooting, and top‑notch customer service.

• Install, upgrade, and perform procedures on gaming equipment.
• Perform preventive and general maintenance on AGS casino products.
• Complete paperwork and detailed, accurate reports.
• Provide best‑in‑the‑business service to internal and external customers.
• Fix service incidents quickly and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Track parts and inventory to stay on top of your game.
• Participate in a weekly on‑call rotation with fellow technicians.
• Follow all safety protocols even in high‑energy environments.

• Education
  :
  High School diploma or GED.
• License to Drive
  :
  Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Tech Skills
  :
  Problem‑solving ability, basic knowledge of AC/DC electronics and computer networking (no need to be an expert).
• Experience
  :
  Knowledge of electronics/computer networking (gaming experience is a bonus).
• Tools of the Trade
  :
  Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexibility
  :
  Ability to work a changing schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance
  :
  Ability to obtain licensing through the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) or other relevant jurisdictions.

You'll be on your feet, walking, standing, and sometimes bending or squatting for long stretches. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally push/pull up to 200 pounds. Work environments may vary, including non‑climate‑controlled settings.
