Responsibilities- Assist ant District Attorney to handle prosecution of criminal offenses (felonies and misdemeanors) handling of juvenile cases (deprived and delinquent) and other duties as assigned.
- Successful candidate will be assigned to a specific paralegal.
- Remodeled office allows for fully furnished private offices for all attorneys with closely located support staff.
- The District Court coordinates three (3) specialty courts including Drug, Mental Health, and Family Treatment.
Notes: Beautiful area with lakes and wildlife. Ponca City is within 15 minutes of newly remodeled courthouse. Small town living with many amenities close by. Stillwater is a 40-minute drive from Ponca City and Tulsa and Oklahoma City are 90 minutes away.
Minimum Requirements- Prior prosecution experience is preferred but not required.
- Juris Doctorate from accredited law school.
- Admitted and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association.
