Automation / AI Specialist ( Mid-Senior Level)

Sternit Fortem is looking for a motivated Automation or AI Specialist to join a top-tier AI team focused on building solutions that drive real business value. You'll be working in a large fintech company in Norway building regulated financial products.

• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, AI evaluation frameworks, or applied AI workflows is a strong plus
• Background in full-stack development and/or Dev Ops is welcome
• Experience with .NET is a big advantage;
  Python or Type Script skills are equally valued
• Azure literacy is a bonus
• Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher)

• Business-value driven, not just implementation-focused
• Able to think in terms of best practices, scalability, and impact
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in the AI/automation space
• Freelancer based in the European Economic Area
• Someone with n8n or experience in low code solutions

• Work with a high-performing AI team
• Help design and implement intelligent automation and AI solutions
• Contribute to shaping how companies unlock value from AI
