• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications from a compliance perspective, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory directives
• Collaborate with business and IT application owners to onboard applications and perform ongoing inventory maintenance
• Liaise with external application vendor contacts to ensure application compliance and security
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking activities and providing status updates
• Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain required documentation and artifacts

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience with IT operations and projects in an insurance agency setting
• Strong communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the insurance industry
• Experience in software application lifecycle management
• Additional certifications related to project management or IT compliance
